What a gem!

His method is straight to the point in revealing the root of our fear, tension, and antagonism - and then showing us how to liberate ourselves gently and easily.

The book design and illustrations are not very sophisticated, but the content is great! I found the owl and crocodile analogy very helpful in thinking through my responses and interactions with others.
